We warmly invite you to join us for our last Wednesday night class of the year – a Winter Solstice celebration, to reflect on the the season and the various traditions that herald a return of the light.
The evening will explore solstice and winter holiday themes, and give everyone an opportunity to experience authentic connection, breathwork, and play – everything you'll need to let go of 2024 and open to the new year ahead. We'll provide time to reflect and set conscious intentions that will help everyone take full advantage of this special time of year, including how to deepen our awareness and openness during this holiday season. Invite friends, family, and loved ones to join in – we'd love to see you!
