Join us for an evening workshop exploring this life-changing question. This free event will also be a chance to experience our dynamic workshop format and meet the Awareness Institute community - the longest running, volunteer-based awareness organization in NorCal.
Use this opportunity to realign your actions with your intentions, and to boost and clarify your energy!
What to Expect

90 minutes of interactive self-awareness processes and connection, geared specifically towards people who are new to the Awareness Institute.

Guided one-on-one and group sharing, breathwork, grounding exercises, and other modalities to create a space for clarity and insights.

Opportunity to learn more about our upcoming workshops, while enjoying a refreshing mid-week boost to your energy and perspective on life.

Hello, Myself will begin promptly at 7:00 pm PT. Feel free to arrive as early as 6:45 if you’re attending in-person. We will open the zoom link 5 minutes early for those attending online.
We’ll aim to close a bit before 9:00 to allow some open space for connection.
Please plan to attend the full 2-hour session to make the most of your experience.

No, there will not be a recording. This is an interactive class designed for in-the-moment learning and growth, so LIVE attendance is key — whether you are joining us online or in-person.

If you are attending online, be sure to register and check your email for the zoom link. Plan to be in a place where you can have your camera turned on and connect to good wifi.
