Are you ready to release stress, recharge your energy, and reconnect with yourself?

Join us for an evening of guided breathwork and one-on-one and group sharing designed to bring clarity, relaxation, and renewal.

This free community class is an opportunity to experience the profound impact of breathwork while connecting with the Awareness Institute community and previewing our upcoming “What’s Going On? Finding Your Center In Turbulent Times” one-day workshop.

How to Prepare:

  • Dress comfortably. Some people get cold or hot during breathwork, so layers are good.

  • Please consider refraining from eating right before class or opt for a light snack.

  • We will be seated in chairs for this class.

What to Expect

  • 90 minutes of grounding exercises, one-on-one and group sharing, and guided breathwork practices designed for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.

  • A supportive group setting to explore deep relaxation and stress release.

  • Tools to clear stagnant energy, shift limiting patterns, and realign with your intentions.

  • An opportunity to learn more about our upcoming workshops, while enjoying a refreshing mid-week boost to your energy and perspective on life.

FAQ’s

  • Release & Renew will begin promptly at 7:00 pm PT. Feel free to arrive as early as 6:45 if you’re attending in-person. We will open the zoom link 5 minutes early for those attending online.

    We’ll aim to close a bit before 9:00 to allow some open space for connection.

    Please plan to attend the full 2-hour session to make the most of your experience.

  • No, there will not be a recording. This is an interactive class designed for in-the-moment learning and growth, so LIVE attendance is key — whether you are joining us online or in-person.

    • Mark the date on your calendar so you don’t miss it!
