Class begins promptly at 7:00 pm PT. We’ll aim to close class at around 8:45, followed by open space for connection. Use this class as your energetic tune-up and support for putting your intentions into action!

This is a donation-based class. Consider your first class free – after that, we encourage a donation or $10 or whatever you feel you can afford for your later classes. This will help us sustain and support our work with the community. You can donate in advance by using the button below or, you can pay at the door with cash/paypal/credit card. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
